All bookings are subject to seat availability, hotel availability, airline confirmation, visa requirements, and final acceptance by Muhammad Fadhli Travels & Tours.

A reservation may require a deposit to secure a seat. A booking is not confirmed until payment requirements and required documents are received.

Prices are quoted based on available rates at the time of publication or enquiry and may change due to airline fares, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, surcharges, or seasonal demand.

Final travel documents may only be issued after full payment has been received and all required information has been completed.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, vaccination records, permits, and other travel documents meet the requirements of the destination and transit countries.

Passport validity should generally be at least six months from the date of departure unless a destination requires a longer validity period.

Itineraries, accommodation, flights, transport, meals, and tour sequence may be changed due to operational needs, weather, local regulations, traffic, crowd conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation, refund, amendment, and replacement traveller requests are subject to supplier policies, administrative costs, and the agency cancellation terms applicable to the package.

Travellers are expected to follow group timings, safety instructions, local laws, religious site etiquette, airline rules, and guidance from tour leaders or appointed representatives.

Muhammad Fadhli Travels & Tours is not responsible for losses caused by incomplete documents, missed timings, personal negligence, immigration refusal, or circumstances outside the agency control.
